Offering website services in different languages is essential for any online business. SureCart provides the flexibility to choose from several languages for email notifications.
In this guide, we will explain how to change the language for email notifications sent to users or store owners.
How to Change Email Notifications Language?
There are two different methods that you can follow to change the language in the email notifications. We’ve described them below.

From Store Settings in WordPress Dashboard
- Navigate to your WordPress dashboard.
- Go to SureCart > Settings > Store Settings.
- In the Store Language settings, select your preferred language.
- Save the changes by clicking on the Save button.
From SureCart Platform Dashboard
- Access the SureCart dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings > General.
- Locate the Language field.
- Choose your desired language.
- Save the settings.
Now, your customers will receive email notifications and invoices in the new language you set. For example, here’s an email notification in Deutsch:
Please note that changing the language in one location (either in the WordPress dashboard or in the SureCart Dashboard) will automatically update the language in the other location as well.
