How to Pay Off Remaining Balance on an Installment Plan

Are you selling products through installment plans? If so, you might encounter customers who want to pay off the remaining balance of their plan early. No worries, it’s a quick and easy process. Here’s how you can do it:

Step 1: Search for the Customer’s Installment Plan

First, you need to locate the customer’s installment plan. Go to your SureCart dashboard and click on the “Subscriptions” tab. You can search for the customer’s plan by entering their name or email address in the search bar.

Step 2: Click on the Actions Button

Once you’ve found the customer’s installment plan, click on the “Actions” button located in the top right corner of the plan overview.

Step 3: Click on Pay Off Subscription

From the dropdown menu that appears after clicking on the “Actions” button, select “Pay Off Subscription”.

Step 4: Confirm Payment

A modal will appear to confirm the payment. Click on “Pay Off” to complete the transaction. The customer will be immediately charged for the remaining payments in the installment plan.
