Reactivating Subscriptions From Your Customer Dashboard
The easiest way to reactivate these subscriptions is by going to your customer dashboard. The process is quite simple, you just have to follow these steps.
- Navigate to your customer dashboard. If you’re not sure how to get there, just follow the steps given here.
- Here, you can find the recently canceled subscription on the Dashboard section itself. Click on your canceled plan.
- You’ll be automatically navigated to the Plans section. Here, click on the Resubscribe option.
- Simply click on the Yes, Reactivate button to reactivate your subscription.
Congratulations! Your subscription has been successfully reactivated. You can now see your previously canceled plan active again on your customer dashboard.
