How to Change Renewal Date for a Subscription
- To edit a subscription, go to the SureCart menu, click on “Subscriptions”, and then select the customer for whom you want to change the renewal date.
- In the right corner of the screen, click on the “Actions” button, then select “Change Renewal Date”.
- On this popup window you will see the current renewal date of this subscription, in order to change it select any suitable date along with the time, then click on the “Update Subscription” button to make changes
Once done, the changes you’ve made will be reflected on the subscription details page.
Additionally, it’s important to note that when you renew your subscription, users will retain access to the materials or learning courses they’ve subscribed to.
They will also receive an email notification after their subscription is updated telling them about changes.
