How to Invite Team Members To Your SureCart Store

In SureCart, Team Members are like co-workers, who assist the store owner in running SureCart store.

Only the admins can invite team members to help ensure the store’s smooth operation and assign them specific roles and responsibilities. This ensures they only have access to the necessary settings and options for your store.

For instance, you can add an accountant who can oversee the financial aspects, check order history, and manage subscriptions. However, they are unable to modify products or alter the website’s appearance.

Similarly, you can add other team members to your SureCart store with different roles and permissions to run your store.

Note: To invite more than 3 members, you need to upgrade your SureCart plan.

So if you have the right plan, you can follow these steps to invite team members to your SureCart store.

How to Invite Team Members to SureCart

As we mentioned before, only those with the Admin role can invite new team members.

  • Select the organization.
  • Navigate to sidebar and choose Members
  • Click on the New Invite button to invite new users.
    • In the popup window provide the Email address of the new member.
    • define the role, Member to simply view and make simple changes, or the store or Admin with all privileges.
    • Define in which store you want new members to work in the organization.
    • Store edit permission – Grants complete editing access to all assigned stores, allowing updates to store settings, member invitations, test data purging, and more..

    Once you hit the Send Invitation button, SureCart will send an email invite to the person to join your store as a member/admin/developer.

    They can simply accept this invitation and manage your store.

    • After accepting the invite, the user will be prompted to sign up or log in to SureCart.

    In case, a team member doesn’t get the invite for some reason, you can send it again by clicking on the Resend button in the Invites.

    You can also Delete the invite if it isn’t accepted yet.
