When you setup your SureCart store, there are certain important pieces of data that need to be filled out.
Most importantly is the support email address and the store website address.
These are used in the emails that go to your buyers. Without these, the reply to email will not go to you and the view order button in the emails also will lead to nowhere.
The good news is it will just take you a minute to fill these out.
How to add your store details
On your website, go to SureCart > Settings, then make sure you fill out all the information on your store in the Store Settings and Design & Branding sections.
