How to Disable Item Removal in Your Checkout Form

In SureCart, every checkout form comes with the option to remove items that customers may decide against purchasing. It’s as simple as clicking on the cancel icon within the order summary.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to disable the removal of items from your checkout form, giving your users the flexibility they need.

How To Disable This Option?

By default, this option is enabled in SureCart. To disable it, just follow these steps:

• Navigate to the SureCart dashboard and select Custom Forms to access your checkout form.

• Begin by selecting the Order Summary block in the editor and open the List View by clicking on this icon.

This action shows where the order summary items are located in the list view, specifically under Totals.

• Expand the Totals option. You’ll find removable checkout items under Line Items. Select it.

• To disable the removable items, toggle off the Removable button on the right-hand side.

• Click on the Update button to apply these changes on your checkout form.

Thats it! Now, if you check it out – the option to remove items from the order summary is no longer visible.
