View email history
SureCart lets you view the transactional emails your store sends to customers — order confirmations, subscription notices, invoices, and more. You can also enable email tracking so you can see when customers open these emails.
This guide covers two things:
- How to view your store’s email history and delivery statistics
- How to enable email tracking
Viewing Email History
1. Open the Email settings. Log in to your SureCart dashboard at app.surecart.com and select Email from the left-hand menu.
2. Find the Email History block. Scroll down to the Email Configuration section. You’ll see an Email History block here.
3. Open the history view. Click View Email History. A new page opens showing a chart of your sent-email statistics.
Filtering emails & Customizing data columns
On the Email History page you can narrow the list using several filters:
- Date – view emails sent within a specific time range
- Email – filter by a specific recipient email address
- Audience – filter by audience
- Subject – filter by email subject line
You can choose which columns are shown or hidden to suit how you want to read the data. Available columns include delivery and engagement metrics such as date sent, delivery status, opens, clicks, delivery rate, and open rate.
You can export your delivery statistics as a data file directly from this page – useful for reporting or deeper analysis outside SureCart.
Configuring Email Tracking
Email tracking lets you see when customers open the transactional emails your store sends.
1. Return to the Email Configuration section. Go back to Email → Email Configuration.
2. Open the tracking panel. Click Configure Email Tracking. A side panel opens.
3. Enable tracking. The panel contains a single checkbox to enable or disable email tracking. Tick it to allow your store to track when customers open transactional emails.
4. Save your changes. Click Save at the bottom-right of the panel to apply your changes.
That’s it – your store will now track email opens, and you can review the results anytime from the Email History page.
