View your order button in emails not working
When you setup your SureCart store, certain important pieces of data need to be filled out.
Most important is the support email address and the store website address.
These are used in the emails that go to your buyers. Without these, the reply to email will not go to you and the “View your order” button in the emails also will lead to nowhere.
The good news is it will just take you a minute to fill these out!
How to add your store details
To make sure the “View your order” button in your buyer’s email functions properly, you need to add store details and contact information. Otherwise, the view your order button won’t lead them anywhere.
- Navigate to Settings in SureCart, then click on Store Settings.
- Before moving forward, please complete the Store Details section if you haven’t already.
- Scroll down slightly and add your Contact Information in the Store Settings.
The “View your order” button in buyer emails should now function correctly.
