Vault – Redeem & Manage Your SureCart Pro Plan

The Vault gives you access to a collection of premium plugins and tools from Brainstorm Force, including the SureCart Pro plan. After completing your purchase, you can redeem and manage your Vault benefits from inside your SureCart account.

This guide walks you through everything you need to know, in two parts:

1. Redeeming a Vault Plan

How to activate your SureCart Pro plan using the Purchase ID sent to your email after redeeming your Vault purchase.

2. Managing a Vault Plan

How to update your Vault subscription, remove the plan from a SureCart organization, or activate it in a different organization.

Follow the steps below to get started.

Redeeming a Vault Plan

This process allows you to activate your SureCart Pro plan in any SureCart organization by entering the Purchase ID you received after redeeming your Vault.

Step 1 — Locate Your Purchase ID

After you click Redeem inside your Vault Dashboard, we generate a Purchase ID for your SureCart Pro plan.

This code is not displayed in the dashboard; instead, it is sent directly to your inbox.

Look for an email with the subject:

“Access your SureCart Pro plan”

Inside that email, you’ll find your unique Purchase ID, which looks something like:

Step 2 — Sign In or Create Your SureCart Account

Go to https://app.surecart.com.

You may:

  • Log in to your existing SureCart account, or
  • Create a new account

Note: Your SureCart login is completely separate from your Vault login. Updating your Vault password does not update your SureCart password.

Step 3 — Redeem Your Purchase ID

Inside SureCart:

  1. Open Settings by clicking in the gear icon
  1. Go to Plan & Billing
  1. Click on the Click here to claim it.
  1. Paste your Purchase ID and click the Claim button to unlock it.

Once you submit your code, your SureCart Pro plan will be instantly activated for your organization.

You can now use SureCart normally. Your upgraded plan is active and ready.

Managing a Vault Plan

After redeeming your Vault plan in SureCart, you may later want to manage your subscription or move it to a different organization. Here’s how to do both.

Manage or Update Your Vault Plan

Your Vault Bundle subscription is billed and managed directly through the Vault store.

To update, change, or cancel your plan:

  1. Visit the Vault customer portal in the url https://vault.brainstormforce.com/customer-dashboard/
  2. Sign in using the same email used for your purchase
  1. From your account, you can:
    • View billing details
    • Update payment information
    • Renew or cancel your subscription
  • Access invoices

Your SureCart organization will automatically reflect any upcoming changes once your subscription status updates in Vault.

Remove the Vault Plan from Your SureCart Organization

If you want to use your Vault Bundle plan in a different SureCart organization, you can first remove it from the current one.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to app.surecart.com
  2. Select the organization that currently has the Vault plan applied
  3. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner
  4. Choose Plan & Billing
  5. Click the Remove Vault Plan button
  1. Confirm the removal

Once removed, the organization will return to the default plan and no longer use your Vault benefits.

Activate the Plan in a Different Organization

After removing the plan from the previous organization, you can apply it to a new one. 

The process is the same as Step 3 — Redeem Your Purchase ID, but here is a shortened version:

  1. Switch to the new organization (or create a new one)
  2. Go to Plan & Billing
  3. Click “Click here to claim it.”
  4. Enter your Vault Purchase ID
  5. Click Claim

Your Vault plan will now be active for the new organization.
