How to Manually Retry Failed Subscription Payments

When there is a subscription payment failure or installment payment failure, the merchant will receive an email notification and the customer will receive a notification.

The payment will be automatically retried as part of our subscription recovery feature.

You will also have the option to retry the payment manually.

  • Navigate to your customer’s subscription under SureCart > Subscriptions on your WordPress dashboard. For example,
  • Scroll down to the Billing Periods section, click the three-dot icon next to the customer’s failed payment, and choose Retry Payment.

This action should resolve the payment issue.
