Unable to Sign In To SureCart Dashboard Due To Sign-In Loop

SureCart is an e-commerce platform that allows you to create and manage your online stores.

However, sometimes you may encounter an issue where you are unable to sign in to the SureCart dashboard due to a sign-in loop. In this article, we will discuss what causes this issue and how you can resolve it.

What Triggers the Sign-In Loop Issue in SureCart?

The sign-in loop issue occurs when users are unable to sign in to the SureCart dashboard due to a continuous loop of the sign-in page. This issue can occur for a variety of reasons, which may include the following:

  • Browser cache and cookies
  • Incorrect login credentials
  • Third-party plugins or extensions

How To Resolve The Sign-In Loop Issue?

Several methods are available to address and resolve this issue. You can try out the following methods to solve the potential sign-loop issue on your website.

Clearing the Browser Cache and Cookies

The browser cache and cookies can sometimes interfere with the sign-in process, causing a loop to occur.

Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies may assist in resolving the problem. This can be accomplished by going to your browser’s settings and selecting the option to clear your cache and cookies. To do this in Google Chrome,

  • Click on the three-dot icon on the top right and select Clear browsing data. Alternatively, you can just press Ctrl + Shift + Del in Windows.
  • Here, set the Time range value as All time and check the following boxes only.

This will clear out all the previous cached data from your browser. Refresh the login page and try again.

Alternatively, you can also try signing in using incognito mode. This provides a fresh session without stored cache or cookies, potentially bypassing the sign-in loop.

Login Credentials

If the login credentials that are entered are incorrect, the system may prompt the user to re-enter the login information, causing a sign-in loop. Check the login credentials you’ve entered to make sure they’re correct.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by going to the sign-in page and clicking the Forgot your Password option.

An option to reset your password will be shown. Just enter your email address and follow the easy instructions to reset your password.

Third-Party Plugins Or Extensions

Third-party plugins or extensions in the browser can sometimes interfere with the sign-in process, causing a loop to occur. Disable any third-party plugins or extensions that may be causing issues with the sign-in process.

You can do this by clicking on the three-dot icon in Chrome, navigating to Manage Extensions in your browser’s settings, and then removing plugins or extensions.

We hope this guide solved your login issues. If any of the above solutions don’t work for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team. We’re here to help!
