How to Set Reply To Email for Your Store

SureCart lets you choose the sender name and reply to the email address for all store notifications sent from your store.

This is the email that helps customers recognize your store. It’s all about making sure your customers recognize and trust your store when they receive notifications.

  • To do this, simply navigate to the SureCart Settings > Notifications.
  • Here, set your sender name and email address that will be used as a reply email. Click on the Save button once you’re done.

Now, every email your customers receive from your store will have this chosen email ID and sender name.
