Are you selling products through installment plans? If so, you might encounter customers who want to pay off the remaining balance of their plan early. No worries, it’s a quick and easy process. Here’s how you can do it:
SureCart offers this feature in our premium plans.
- Navigate to your SureCart dashboard and click on the Subscriptions tab.
- You can search for the customer’s plan by entering their name or email address in the search bar below.
- Once you’ve found the customer’s installment plan, click on the Actions button located in the top right corner of the plan overview.
- From the dropdown menu that appears after clicking on the Actions button, select Pay Off Subscription.
- A modal will appear to confirm the payment. Click on Pay Off to complete the transaction. The customer will be immediately charged for the remaining payments in the installment plan.
And that’s it! You’ve successfully helped a customer pay off their installment plan.
