Locating the settings
Step 1: To edit a subscription, go to the SureCart menu (1), click on “Subscriptions” (2), and then select the customer for whom you want to add a free trial (3).
Pausing the subscription
Step 2: In the right corner of the screen, click on the “Actions” button (1), then select “Pause Subscription…” (2). You can also see that the subscription tag is Active (3).
Step 3: Your subscription will automatically pause at the end of the current billing cycle (1). Next, select the date you want the subscription to be restored (2), and then click the “Pause” button (3).
Step 4: You can see that the tag shows when the subscription will be paused (1) and when it will be restored (2).
Resume the subscription (Don’t pause)
If you want to resume the subscription, you can follow the simple steps below:
Step 1: Click on the “Actions” button (1) in the right corner of the screen, and then select “Don’t Pause” (2).
Step 2: Click the “Resume Subscription” button.
