Now, suppose you have a subscriber who is currently on the Gold plan but wants to switch to the Bronze plan, As the store owner, it is up to you to decide whether to allow this change or not, but this process should be easy without the need for customers to reach out to you for assistance.
This guide aims to provide you with the necessary information on how store owners can grant customers permission to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscriptions.
We will explore both perspectives, from the store owner’s point of view and the customer’s perspective.
