Do I need to install a separate analytics plugin or add-on?

No. SureCart provides analytics and reporting dashboards out of the box. All your store data from store transactions to customer activity gets tracked inside SureCart, without installing another plugin or add-on.

Can I export my store’s orders data for accounting or my CPA?

Every report in SureCart, from “Taxes” to “Items Purchased,” features a one-click Export button. You can customize your view by adding or removing columns (like Gross Sales, Discounts, or Fees) and then download a clean CSV.

Can I see which specific products are my “best sellers” over a custom time range?

Absolutely. In any Sales report, you can group by ‘product’. This gives you the data of your most profitable items, allowing you to see trends across custom date ranges.

How does SureCart calculate MRR if I have different billing cycles?

Calculating Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) is tricky when you mix annual, monthly, and weekly plans. SureCart normalizes your MRR. For example, an annual $1,200 plan is recorded as $100 in your monthly trend line, ensuring your growth charts reflect actual stability rather than “spiky” data from one-off yearly renewals.

Do these reports show my actual profit or just gross revenue?

Unlike basic eCommerce dashboards that only show top-line sales, SureCart reports automatically subtract refunds and separate taxes and processing fees. This ensures you are looking at your actual “Net Revenue” or “Booked Sales” — the money you actually keep.

Does SureCart track sales from abandoned checkout campaigns, order bumps and upsells as well?

Yes. Under Marketing Reports, you will find data for Abandoned Checkouts, Order Bumps, and Upsells. Each report shows the revenue added, not just how many times the feature was used.

How can I track the ROI of my influencer campaigns for my products?

You can onboard influencers as affiliates and ask them to share the affiliate link with their audience. Then, by using the Affiliate Reports, you can see exactly which influencers or partners are driving the most clicks and sales. You can easily filter payouts and commissions by specific affiliate or date range to see who’s actually generating profit for your store.

Can I see which emails SureCart sent on behalf of my store?

Yes. You can find your email history reports in your email settings. It lists every email sent from your store, with the recipient, subject, and delivery status. It is useful for troubleshooting when a customer says they did not receive something.
