How to manually retry failed payments

When there is a subscription payment failure or installment payment failure, the merchant will receive an email notification and the customer will receive a notification.

The payment will be automatically retried as part of our subscription recovery feature. You will also have the option to retry the payment manually.

Simply go to the customer’s subscription, click on the options for the failed payment, and click on retry.
