When there is a subscription payment failure or installment payment failure, the merchant will receive an email notification and the customer will receive a notification.
If the business is on a SureCart Pro plan, the payment will be automatically retried as part of our subscription recovery feautre. You will also have the option to manually retry the payment.
If the business is on the SureCart free plan, you have the option to manually retry the payment.
Simply go to the customer’s subscription, click on the options for the failed payment, and click on retry.
