We’ve rolled out SureCart 3.20.0 with a mix of conversion improvements and new reporting tools to give you better visibility into what’s happening inside your store.
This update makes order bumps more visible to customers earlier in the buying journey and adds new reports so you can better understand taxes collected and emails sent from your store.
New:
- Display Order Bumps in the Slide-out Cart: Your existing order bumps can now also optionally be displayed inside the slide-out cart. This helps you present complementary offers before checkout and can increase average order value without requiring additional funnels or pages.
(Note: This does not create a separate cart-only bump — it displays your configured checkout order bumps in the cart as well. You can remove the block from the cart or checkout template if you don’t want it shown in a location)
- Email History Report: A new Email History section is now available in the Email settings area. You can view all emails sent by SureCart on behalf of your store, including delivery status and recipients. This helps with troubleshooting delivery issues and verifying notifications.
- Taxes Report: A dedicated Taxes report has been added so you can quickly see how much tax has been collected and where it was collected from. This makes reconciliation and reporting significantly easier, especially for stores selling across multiple regions.
Improvements:
- Additional styling options for the checkout submit button.
- Ability to reschedule existing subscription reminders when subscription changes are made.
- Subscription reports now include an “All Subscriptions” table view with filters (customer, price, status, etc.) for easier exporting and management.
