Introducing Razorpay support for India, making it easier for merchants to accept local payments with a fully native integration.
Alongside Razorpay, this release includes important improvements to order management, documentation, block APIs, and several fixes that improve stability across currencies, themes, and shipping zones.
New:
- Razorpay Payment Processor (India): Accept payments using Razorpay with a native SureCart integration built for Indian merchants. Supports local payment flows while maintaining the same flexible checkout experience.
Improvements:
- Dedicated Documentation for Lightspeed Caching: Added clear, focused documentation to help merchants configure Lightspeed caching correctly with SureCart.
- Editable Order Metadata in Admin: Order metadata can now be edited directly from the order administration screen, giving admins more control during order management.
- Improved Customer Deletion Messaging: Updated the deletion warning to more accurately reflect the asynchronous timeline involved in removing related customer data.
- Block API Migration (v2 → v3): Moved many blocks from the v2 Block API to the v3 Block API for better performance, consistency, and future compatibility.
- Clearer Installment Payment Wording: Updated instalment payment copy to reflect accurate totals when coupons or discounts are applied.
Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where the customer dashboard showed an incorrect currency after updating Name Your Own Price values.
- Resolved multicurrency overflow issues affecting full-site editing (FSE) themes.
- Fixed shipping zone summary crashes for certain countries caused by country code mismatches.
